Introduction

Why I'm starting this blog
As a student, I've always had to be quite frugal with my money. In college, I used to make some side money doing part time jobs, volunteering as a test subject, online surveys, and many other things. 
I then decided to go to graduate school which was another long road where I wouldn't be making much. Over the years, I decided that I was still determined to have a fun frugal lifestyle and save for the future. I reject the notion that as graduate students we can't save or invest money in the future. I want to share what I've learned that's allowed me to punch above my income but also invest for the future
